The afternoon attack
 

When: Saturday, June 30, 2012
 

Start: Players should be at the venue no later than 9 AM. Force distribution will be decided prior to the game start, and we recommend that team members liaise with one another prior to the event to determine commands and tactics. Maps and OoBs will be distributed in advance to facilitate this. To speed up play commands will be initially setup to reflect the historical placement of forces.
 

End: Venue closes at 5 PM, therefore we will endeavor to complete the game no later than 4:30PM to allow for takedown
 
Lunch will be provided at the game venue, and dinner will be provided.

Cost: To cover the cost of food and beverages etc, there will be a $20 cover charge
